Synopsis

A Rock in Water was commissioned by the Royal Court Young People’s Theatre, to examine the life and work of Trinidadian journalist and political activist, Claudia Jones who founded and edited the West Indian Gazette and Afro-Asian Caribbean News, and was central to the development of the Notting Hill Carnival in London.
