Synopsis
In 2004 Trevor Phillips, Chair of the Commission for Racial Equality, asked if the countryside is guilty of a “passive apartheid”. Pentabus, BBC Radio Drama and nine writers spent a week in Shropshire exploring this question and A Question of Courage is Courttia Newland’s response.
