Tatenda Shamiso

Tatenda Shamiso is a UK based theatre-maker, director, writer, and musician with origins from Zimbabwe, Belgium, the United States and Switzerland. He is also a scholarly researcher and guest lecturer in the Theatre and Performance Department at Goldsmiths, University of London. He wrote and starred in his solo show NO I.D. at Theatre Peckham (which later transferred to the Vaults Festival and Royal Court Theatre Upstairs), performed in Sundown KiKi and the subsequent Sundown KiKi Reloaded at the Young Vic theatre and was assistant director on A Streetcar Named Desire (Almeida Theatre) and Bootycandy (Gate Theatre).
