Biography
Born in Kingston, and educated at Jamaica College, and the University of the West Indies at Mona. He was the principal of the Jamaica School of Drama, associate professor of directing at Yale University, and editor of Caribbean Quarterly. His plays include Terminus, Dog, Echo in the Bone, and Scott’s work is acknowledged as one of the major influences on the direction of Caribbean theatre.
